Emotionally Duped!

He dragged Rebeca back into the house with her arm around her back and tossed her to the chair. Walter demanded Salvador to let go of Rebeca. Angela, Abigail, Antonio, Simon and Isabel came at the sitting room when they heard the gunshot and the commotion and came to see what was going on. Salvador withdrew the gun and announced to the whole household that Rebeca had just attempted to kill him. Isabel could not believe it. Everyone was astonished. Rebeca admitted that it was the truth in front of everyone; she had wanted to kill the degenerate Salvador. Isabel wanted to know what was wrong with Rebeca. Rebeca who was so upset started yelling over and over again that she wanted to kill Salvador until her hair was left dishevelled. Everyone looked shocked.
Valeria woke up at Rebecca’s screaming. Rebeca admitted again in front that she wanted to kill Salvador like a rat. She told Isabel that she was doing it for her (Isabel) and for everyone in the room. She then started hitting Salvador’s chest with her fists. Isabel prevented Rebeca from hitting Salvador again and they both struggled for a while. Walter told Isabel to respect her Aunt Rebeca. Isabel apologised to Salvador and dragged her Aunt upstairs to talk to her and Salvador followed. Everyone followed them up to the foot of the stairs and watched what was happening in shock.
Isabel asked Rebeca where she got the gun. Rebeca refused to tell Isabel the truth and told Isabel that nobody gave her the gun, what mattered was that she needed it to kill Salvador. Isabel was furious and demanded to know the reason why Rebeca wanted to kill Salvador. Salvador told Isabel not to mistreat Rebeca as even though Rebeca didn’t know it, she would have been worse off if she fired the bullet as she would have landed in prison. Rebeca admitted she knew what she was doing. She would have rather spent her time in jail or died, knowing she had killed him. Salvador told Rebeca that she did not know what she was doing, as she was being blinded by hatred towards him. Salvador taunted Rebeca and told Rebeca to let all she was keeping inside out, and to tell the exact reason why she wanted to kill him. Again he taunted Rebeca to tell Isabel the whole truth.
Walter told the group (Antonio, Angela, Simon and Abigail) not to believe Salvador. Antonio reminded Walter that Rebeca had admitted to the crime and that she had even looked crazy. Simon said that whatever was going on in the house was making everyone crazy and that he could not stand up for either Salvador or Rebeca. Angela wanted to know what happened and wanted an explanation from Isabel and Rebeca but Antonio and Abigail convinced her that was not necessary as the situation needed to be solved privately by Isabel and Salvador. Abigail also told Walter not to interfere. Walter went to his room and told himself that Rebeca had missed an opportune moment to ‘get rid’ of Salvador as another moment like that one would not arise.
Salvador wondered how Rebeca was not able to say why she killed Salvador, but was able to admit she tried to kill him. Rebeca told Salvador that he was cynical and Salvador told Rebeca that she was Pitiful. Rebeca finally admitted the truth. Salvador was a liar he not only toyed with Valeria but also toyed with her (Rebeca). Isabel was shocked.
Simon accused Walter of tying up the dog Azul so that Rebeca would be able to attack Salvador. Walter silently called Simon a piece of dirt.
Isabel asked her Aunt to stop. Rebeca told the truth that she had seen Salvador secretly several times and gone out with him and that she was madly in love with Salvador. Isabel looked at her Aunt as if she was crazy. Rebeca admitted she felt that Salvador was genuinely interested with her and as if he really loved her. Isabel looked at Rebeca and blinked once in shock. Rebeca asked Isabel not to look at her as if she was crazy as she was a woman like everyone as she fell in love with Salvador like a stupid idiot. Isabel wondered about Rebecca’s supposed boyfriend Don Luis. Rebeca told Isabel that she could never be in love with such the ugly old man. As Isabel looked at Salvador, Rebeca admitted once again that her secret lover was Salvador and she had followed him blindly until she found out that he was going out with Valeria. Isabel wondered what Rebeca would do now that she saw Salvador only loved Isabel. Rebeca told Isabel that she had already seen the answer to that, that she (Rebeca) would kill Salvador like a rat.
Salvador told Rebeca to continue telling Isabel the truth…which was that Rebeca become obsessed with him, that Salvador tried to show Rebeca on multiple occasions that she was wrong on her feelings for him, and that Salvador had never given her hope, and that the only reason he (Salvador) went out with her was because of Rebeca blackmailing him. Rebecca wept that Salvador was not telling the truth. Salvador confirmed that between Rebeca and him, there existed nothing and that she was obsessed with him. Salvador then whispered to Isabel that Rebeca was constantly chasing him. (This made Rebeca look very bad in the eyes of Isabel) Rebeca begged Isabel to remember when Salvador had given her some roses. Salvador admitted he had given Rebeca some roses, as he felt sorry for her (Rebeca). Rebeca was so upset that she leapt onto Salvador and almost gave him Karate blows, but Isabel held Rebecca’s hands and shouted at Rebeca to calm down.
Isabel told Rebeca after hearing what Rebeca said, she would never trust her. Isabel told Rebeca that she understood that Rebeca was chasing Salvador and that she wanted to kill Salvador for her own frustrated desires and not because of her (Isabel) or Valeria. All this time Salvador had moved to sit behind Isabel. So behind Isabel’s back, Salvador looked smug and he smiled as he watched Rebeca trying to defend herself with lies and as she cried as Isabel shouted at her. Unlike Isabel, Rebeca was able to see Salvador’s facial expressions as she was facing Isabel and Salvador. This just made her more upset. Rebeca then told Isabel that Salvador was already married to a peasant farmer wife with a son. Isabel was so upset and called Rebeca a parasite (obviously Isabel did not believe that Salvador was married to a peasant wife and had a son). Isabel shouted at Rebeca that Rebeca treated her like her worst enemy and was even capable of killing someone. She dragged Rebeca to the door and told her to pack her bags and leave that instant (at night).
Salvador got hold of Isabel and prevented Isabel from chasing Rebeca out at night. He asked Isabel, just like how he asked for Valeria, to also let Rebeca stay in the house. Rebecca remarked that she did not want any favours. Salvador told Rebeca the truth. That he never meant to hurt her (Rebeca), that he did not want Rebeca to destroy herself with loneliness as she used to, and told Rebeca to leave only when she wanted to. Salvador told Rebeca that was not scared of her (Rebeca) as she would try all over again to shoot him. Salvador used reverse psychology and gave the gun back to Rebeca, and just like what he did to Andre, told Rebeca to aim the gun at him and this time to make sure she did not miss. Rebeca aimed the gun at Salvador, but she later put it down and run out of Isabel’s room. Salvador put Walter’s gun back into his pocket and hugged Isabel…
Rebeca went to the sitting room and vowed not to leave as she had to keep on fighting Salvador.
The following morning, Walter watched as Isabel left the house and wondered what had happened. He went to Rebecca’s room and tried to comfort Rebeca. Walter told Rebeca that he admired her for trying to kill Salvador, though he knew he would never get his gun back. Rebeca admitted to Walter that she felt as if Salvador had destroyed her emotionally and that Isabel had helped Salvador to step on her (Rebeca) like a cockroach.
Rebeca vowed that she would not leave the house. Walter was happy as he felt Rebeca was the only friend he had as the rest of the household were enemies to him. Rebeca told Walter that she had a ‘card-to-play’ ( a.k.a. Cantalicia and Mancho) against Salvador, which she would do at only the right moment.
Back at Uncle Philippe’s house, Philippe showed his model/partner the newspaper clipping that told of Salvador’s wedding to Isabel and had a picture of Salvador and Isabel. His model/partner thought that since Salvador was not really married to Cantalicia then he could marry someone else. Philippe was worried that Salvador would kill Cantalicia just like how Andre was killed (Philippe had the whole picture wrong). He told his model/partner about how the evil Rebeca had even wanted to take Cantalicia to the Donoso house with Muncho to revel everything. The model/partner though Philippe was imagining stories in his head. Philippe admitted he was very worried and he would soon call his nephew the Priest Giacomo to take Cantalicia home, before the situation at hand got worse. Cantalicia arrived with tea and Philippe’s model/partner hid the newspaper away from Cantalicia that she does not see Salvador’s picture.
Gaetana told Camillo that never thought Salvador could go to such extremes to marrying Isabel and if she did not know Salvador, she would have thought Salvador was crazy. Camillo told Gaetana that the person who was crazy was Isabel for marrying Salvador. (Not forgetting the issues Salvador has), Isabel was marrying an employee and so Camillo could only imagine what Isabel’s friends and enemies were saying about the scandal created. Matilda interrupted Gaetana and Camillo and asked them if they have heard about Salvador. Matilda eventually got upset when she discovered Gaetana, Lupe and Camillo had known of Salvador’s engagement to Isabel but had not told her.
Valeria told Vicky of how surprised she was of Rebeca trying to take the life of Salvador. Both Vicky and Valeria saw that after the marriage between Salvador and Isabel, things in the house could get much worse.

I love this episode. I have always thought that it was high time someone taught aunty rebecca a lesson…and thanks to salvador for doing just that….
It was time for Rebecca to have a taste of her venom.
As ridiculous as this soap opera is (as are all soaps), I can’t stop watching it. I think the story line is great and so is some of the acting. A Shame they got rid of Andreas, I thought he was fun to watch.
And yes Finally! they put the Aunt in her place…what is up with Isavella..has she no back bone? She should have told her to shut up a long time ago and to mind her own buisiness.
And im sorry but I think Salvadore is better off with Isavella, at least there is passion and chemistry between the two of them…Valeria is boring and too young for Salvadore. He needs a woman not an insecure girl.

Ms.Rebecca shud have been thrown out of the donoso house a long time ago. That was Isabel’s mistake, letting her stay in the house. But Rebecca has finally gotten what she deserves.From grace to grass.
